Job Description and Responsibilities Specializes in working with the ERP system to maintain accurate information, drives continuous improvement initiatives to support the business unit in achieving financial shipment goals, and focuses on supporting new and existing programs free of data errors 1. Create *BOMs* and *Static Plans* in the ERP system that reflect engineering drawings and production processes to enable procurement and manufacturing. 2. Participate in safety projects and guidelines, as well as ensure compliance. 3. Promote and participate in continuous improvement projects within the scope of the job responsibilities. 4. Read, review, and interpret engineering drawings and documentation, coordinating the creation of BOMs or engineering changes required by design to meet customer specifications. 5. Create, execute, and update new changes to the *Static Plan* in R5, reflecting the steps required to manufacture the product according to customer requirements. 6. Communicate any related issues to the NPI, Production, Planning, and *Programs* departments via scheduled meetings or email to ensure timely and proper follow-up on *BOMs* and *Static Plans*. 7. Ensure data validation for required changes by requesting departments to submit their validated information to maintain data integrity in ERP. 8. Perform routine reviews of key parameters in M3 by running ERP reports and verifying that fields are complete to maintain data integrity. 9. Implement established company standards, processes, and metrics by creating BOMs and Static Plans in ERP within the defined delivery timelines to meet customer deadlines. 10. Perform other duties inherent to the position as required by the company to achieve organizational goals.
