V. is seeking a Credit Analyst in Downtown \- Tijuana, Baja California** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SEARS, a well-known retail company, is looking for committed individuals to join its team as a Credit Analyst in an on-site capacity at its downtown Tijuana, Baja California location. ### **Responsibilities:** * Analyze, evaluate, and approve customer credit applications. * Provide telephone and in-person support to resolve customer inquiries regarding credit processes. * Monitor case files and validate required documents. * Collaborate closely with the customer service and telemarketing departments. * Assist in identifying potential credit risks. ### **Requirements:** * Education: Completed or incomplete high school diploma (proof required). * Prior experience in similar roles, preferably in call centers or customer service departments. * Strong verbal communication skills, analytical ability, and a courteous demeanor when interacting with customers. * Availability to work on-site in downtown Tijuana. \- 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. \- 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * 1 weekday day off * Basic documentation in order. ### **We Offer / Benefits:** * Monthly salary of $14,410 gross, * Weekly payment. * Statutory benefits. * 5% savings fund. * Punctuality and attendance bonus; monthly meal allowance bonus of $420\. * Professional development and continuous training. * A collaborative work environment within a leading company in Tijuana.
