Ensuring material supply and equipment control **An Architect or Civil Engineer is required to serve as a construction site resident.** **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience **Main Responsibilities** * Review information for project kickoffs (drawings, schedule, etc.) * Maintain an up-to-date site logbook (date, materials received, number of personnel, progress, requested changes, etc.) * Quantify and ensure adequate material supply required for project progress * Supervise personnel safety on site (excavations, demolitions, work at height, etc.) * Supervise equipment receipt, proper usage, and return * Supervise that works comply with the company's established quality standards * Supervise that progress aligns with the construction schedule Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * What date can you start working?
