Responsibilities: * Prepare beverages following café recipes and standards. * Operate and maintain the espresso machine and bar equipment in good condition. * Calibrate the grinder and adjust grind size as needed. * Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-stocked. * Assist with basic inventory tasks and supply reporting. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Obligations: * Adhere to scheduled working hours and internal policies. * Take care of equipment and tools. * Maintain appropriate personal appearance. * Collaborate as part of a team and support assigned tasks. Working Hours: Morning Shift: 6:30am \- 2:30 pm * Working Days: Monday \- Saturday * Day Off: Sunday Evening Shift: 2:00pm \-10:00pm * Working Days: Monday \- Saturday * Day Off: Sunday Position Type: Part-time Salary: $2,900\.00 \- $3,300\.00 per week Benefits: * Salary increases * Free beverages Work Location: On-site employment
