




Position Summary: Lead the execution of strategies for key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, profitable growth, and operational commitment fulfillment by directing teams and managing strategic accounts. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and supervise teams of Program Managers and Account Managers. 2. Manage relationships with key customers and ensure contract compliance. 3. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Lean culture. Lead the execution of strategies for key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, profitable business growth, and operational commitment fulfillment. Will be responsible for leading the Program Managers team, managing strategic accounts, and supporting new product introduction initiatives aligned with the site’s vision. ### **Key Activities and Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise the **Program Managers** team, Account Managers, and Project Specialists. * Manage relationships with key customers, collaborating on **forecast** strategies, pricing, and profitability. * Ensure contract compliance, on-time deliveries, inventory levels, and financial objectives. * Conduct **monthly Program Reviews** and track performance metrics. * Serve as the first escalation point for critical customer issues. * Support the General Manager in contract review and renewal. * Implement and monitor program visibility systems. * Lead **continuous improvement and Lean culture** initiatives. * Coordinate cross-functional resources (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain). * Ensure compliance with certifications and quality standards (ISO, ANSI, IPC, etc.). * Participate in senior leadership activities and support commercial and sales initiatives. ### **✅** **Position Requirements** #### **Education** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Administration, Business, or Engineering (mandatory degree). #### **Experience** * Minimum **8 years of experience in Program Management**. * At least **3 years in a leadership role** managing teams. * Experience managing **complex or high-volume accounts**. #### **Knowledge and Skills** * Leadership and management of cross-functional teams. * Strong financial acumen (OI, RONA, risk analysis). * Negotiation and problem-solving skills. * Customer service orientation and continuous improvement mindset. * Ability to manage multiple programs and customers simultaneously. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production flow. * Proficiency with productivity tools (Microsoft Office, WebEx). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in multicultural environments.
