For more information about Enovis, please visit www.enovis.com. **What You'll Do** Provide support in creating and updating manufacturing documents, as well as support in equipment validation and introduction. Apply engineering knowledge to develop new manufacturing processes and improve existing ones. Support new product introductions and transfer projects. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Create and update manufacturing documents such as work instructions and visual aids. * Support time studies and line balancing in manufacturing processes. * Support collection of manufacturing documentation for transfer projects. * Introduce and validate new equipment. * Support validation of new processes or improvements to current processes (IQ, OQ, PQ). * Develop ergonomic and efficient workstations for various manufacturing processes. * Adhere to weekly project activity plans. **REQUIREMENTS: EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE.** **General Skills / Competencies / Specialized Knowledge** * Student pursuing a professional engineering degree in Industrial, Biomedical, Mechanical, or related field. * Intermediate English (reading and conversational). * Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing, line balancing, and statistics. * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD. * Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). * Basic knowledge of SolidWorks (desirable). * Basic knowledge of Minitab. * Organized, proactive, sense of urgency, problem solver. **Authorities:** * Support execution of validations. * Support process improvement and resource optimization. * Support NPI and transfer projects. **EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY** Enovis provides equal employment opportunities based on merit, experience, and other work\-related criteria without regard to race, color, ethnicity, religion, national origin, sex, age, pregnancy, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.
