Job Summary: Injection molding operator responsible for operating, adjusting, and maintaining machines, controlling quality, optimizing processes, and collaborating with the team. Key Highlights: 1. Develop skills in resolving technical problems. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operate and adjust injection molding machines. * Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment. * Control the quality of produced parts. * Record production data and report incidents. * Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize processes. * Change molds and configure machine parameters. * Detect and correct defects in the molding process. * Comply with industrial safety standards. * Participate in continuous improvement programs. * Train new operators on machine operation. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Setup Technician. * Technical diploma or equivalent experience in foam injection molding. * Knowledge of foam injection machine operation. * Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Experience in quality control and use of measuring instruments. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Ability to independently resolve technical problems. * Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods. * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance. * Proactive attitude with a results-oriented mindset. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
