If you are passionate about sales and have experience in the commercial sector of food products, we invite you to join our team. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * **Market Development:** Implement effective strategies to grow and develop the customer market for Bafar brands, with a focus on perishables, sausages, and dairy products. * **Customer Management:** Maintain and strengthen solid relationships with our wholesale and retail customers, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction of their needs. * **Sales Planning:** Develop and execute sales plans that align the company’s business objectives with market and customer requirements. * **Market Analysis:** Research and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify growth opportunities. * **Team Supervision:** Coordinate and supervise the sales team, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment. * **Reporting:** Generate periodic sales performance reports and present findings and recommendations to management. **Requirements** -------------- * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of commercial experience, ideally in selling perishables, sausages, and dairy products.
