




Description and details of activities * Perform in-depth failure analysis on PCBA and electronic products using tools such as functional analysis, electrical testing, and destructive/non-destructive methods. * Monitor and control key process parameters (SPC) associated with SMT, AOI, ICT, FCT, Wave Solder, and electronic assemblies. * Develop and maintain control plans, acceptance criteria, inspection instructions, and critical parameters for each process. * Conduct process capability studies (Cp, Cpk), stability, and repeatability to validate equipment and inspection methods. * Lead containment activities, root cause analysis (5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D), and verification of corrective action effectiveness. * Validate engineering changes (ECN/ECO) and ensure compliance with technical documentation, customer specifications, and regulations. * Generate detailed technical reports for customers and internal teams, including scrap, defect, trend, DPMO, FPY, and escape analysis. * Collaborate with process engineering to optimize manufacturing flow, line balancing, and performance improvements. * Support internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 13485 if applicable, customer audits), ensuring evidence and compliance. * Evaluate and approve materials, electronic components, fixtures, jigs, and inspection instruments based on engineering criteria. * Participate in DOE (Design of Experiments) activities to validate new processes or parameter changes. * Support new product introduction (NPI), from customer technical review to first-run validation. * Manage quality documentation: PFMEA, PPAP, FMEA, procedures, inspection plans, and special customer requirements. * Perform comparative analysis between batches, suppliers, and processes to detect variations or abnormal trends. * Coordinate technical communication with customers regarding claims, root cause analysis, or technical justification requests. Experience and Requirements * Degree in Chemical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field. * 3–5 years of direct QA experience in the electronics industry. * Solid knowledge of PCBA, SMT, AOI, ICT, FCT, soldering, and electronic processes. * Proficiency in quality tools: 8D, DOE, PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, failure analysis. * Ability to interpret electrical schematics, PCB layouts, datasheets, and technical specifications. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
