Your mission will be to ensure the optimal performance of vehicles and improve the profitability of the maintenance department. **Requirements:** ✅ Age: 27 to 35 years ✅ Education: Mechanical, Industrial or Transportation Engineer, or Automotive Technician ✅ Experience in a similar position ✅ Knowledge of mechanics, preventive/corrective maintenance, cost control, and spare parts management **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure proper fleet operation * Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance * Manage maintenance and fuel costs * Control inventories, spare parts, and tools * Negotiate with suppliers and manage credit lines * Lead and train workshop personnel * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety in the workplace (5S) * Implement improvements and continuous innovation * Report progress and results to management Job type: Full-time Salary: $19,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company phone * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
