Determination of the optimal logistics option MAIN ACTIVITIES Operational Functions * Preparation of customs entry documents under various customs regimes in the Darwin system. * Preparation of service quotations, letters, declarations, or statements. * Coordination and tracking of procedures. * Determination of correct application of RRNA’s. * Determination of the optimal logistics option. * Requesting necessary documentation and information to support operations. * Verification of legibility, legality, and validity of received information and documentation. * Arranging additional services (e.g., transportation, U.S. customs broker, warehousing, etc.) through our business partners upon client request. RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting and Recordkeeping * Customs entry document review report * Operation timing report * Customs entry document correction record * Vulnerable operation record * Customs entry document delivery record * Process incident record * Digital file archive of customs entry documents.
