Pre-payroll and payroll processing ### **Information** Contract Type: Indefinite-term Salary: $18,000 to $20,000 MXN – Monthly Category: Human Resources Education: Bachelor’s Degree ### **Description** An author furniture store in Tijuana is seeking HR staff for its Rio branch. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Attract and select candidates to fill positions authorized in the staffing plan across branches. Report on staffing plan compliance rate, interviews conducted, validated candidates, hires, and declined candidates. Conduct onboarding training for new hires. Maintain candidate personnel files. Collect and submit forms (e.g., leave requests, vacation requests, warnings, minutes) from business units. Listen to, and channel employee requests, complaints, and suggestions from business units, ensuring appropriate departments address their needs. Manage pre-payroll and payroll processing. **REQUIREMENTS:** Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar HR generalist role. Experience managing staff of 50–100 employees. Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Flexible availability regarding working hours
