




**Job Description:** At **TECMIN**, we are seeking an **HR Generalist** to support in **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment, selection, and hiring processes for **operational, technical, and administrative personnel** at mining sites. * Execution of **onboarding and induction processes**, in accordance with internal policies and sector regulations. * Ensuring compliance with onboarding requirements: documentation, medical examinations, socioeconomic assessments, safety training courses, etc. * Supporting HR administrative processes (personnel file management, contracts, hires, terminations, renewals). * Monitoring turnover indicators, time-to-fill metrics, and onboarding process efficiency. * Maintaining effective communication with contractors, suppliers, and on-site operational management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. * **Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and personnel administration within mining or similar industrial sectors.** * Knowledge of competency-based interviews, document management, and applicable labor regulations. * Ability to work on-site or in mining locations when required. * Intermediate Excel skills and experience with HR management systems (ERP or recruitment platforms). * Excellent service orientation, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
