




Administrative Coordinator – Private Construction Projects (Bidding and Unit Price Estimation) We are a company specialized in the strategic management of construction projects, with over 40 years of experience and more than two million square meters of construction completed under our supervision. Job Description We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator with experience in the construction sector, responsible for organizing bids for private construction projects, consolidating technical and financial proposals, preparing and analyzing unit price estimates, and providing administrative support to the project and cost departments. Key Responsibilities * Organization and monitoring of bidding processes for private construction projects. * Consolidation of technical and financial proposals. * Preparation and analysis of unit price estimates. * Review of quantities, item catalogs, and specifications. * Internal coordination with project, procurement, and management departments. * Document management: tender documents, contracts, annexes, logs, and reports. * Control and updating of files, databases, and bidding schedules. * General administrative support for the department (official correspondence, meeting minutes, scheduling, reporting). Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in bidding, cost estimation, or unit pricing. * Proficiency in Excel, document management, and information control. * Familiarity with cost management software (Opus, Neodata, Advanced Excel, Project). * Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
