Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineer with experience in the truck industry to supervise workshop operations, ensure quality, and manage personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise truck workshop operations 2. Ensure quality and efficiency in automotive service 3. Manage personnel and resolve operational issues **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Age 30–45 * Experience in the truck industry (mandatory) * Responsible, proactive, and leadership-oriented * Personnel management experience **Responsibilities:** * Supervise timely and proper vehicle reception and delivery by service advisors * Monitor open repair orders for the day, as well as warranty claims, repairs, and additional work on all vehicles in the workshop * Ensure quality across all involved workshop areas * Warranty control for vehicles * Resolve operational problems as they arise * Plan, organize, direct, and control human and material resources under supervision * Address customer inquiries or concerns regarding repairs, warranties, or services performed on vehicles * Performance measurement and objective-based work evaluation * Supervise correct application and execution of processes Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Experience: * Automotive industry: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
