Job Summary: This role involves sample collection and processing, equipment maintenance and calibration, verification and release of results, and adherence to laboratory quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the processing of routine and special studies. 2. Perform maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment. 3. Ensure compliance with the quality management system. Ø Collect samples for studies (where applicable). Ø Receive and fulfill study requests through the laboratory’s computer system. Ø Perform equipment maintenance as specified in each department’s procedures. Ø Carry out calibration and quality control procedures outlined for each department. Ø Process both routine and special studies, adhering to established techniques and procedures specific to each department. Ø Verify and release obtained results, entering them into the laboratory’s computer system either manually or via interface. Ø Report incidents occurring during the workday. Ø Print results, sign, and deliver them as required. Ø Comply with quality management system requirements.
