Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 5 years of experience in a similar position (Supermarket Management). Conflict resolution skills. Negotiation and budgeting skills. Ability to lead work teams. Results-oriented work approach. Design and analysis for supermarket marketing. Development of sales strategies. Inventory management and control. Wholesale and retail customer service. Responsibilities: Area-based analysis and report preparation. Customer service and support. Process control. Leading and administering the quality management system. Managing and implementing KPIs. Providing leadership at the facility to implement quality policies, establish objectives, and achieve annual improvement goals in system implementation. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to fully understand and communicate customer needs. Establishing quality systems for material receipt, supplier development, and enhancement of their quality and product safety systems. Providing training on teamwork skills and statistical support to operational and administrative staff, as required. Ensuring databases are used correctly as working tools, and tracking their status and team responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures through dissemination and training. Exploring new applicable techniques for inspection, measurement, and evaluation. Responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of quality systems and policies, coordinating system changes, developing suppliers, improving the quality of raw materials and processes, and facilitating high-performance work teams.
