




Position Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper operation of nursing staff, guaranteeing quality, patient safety, efficiency, and compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of nursing staff in critical areas. 2. Management of quality and patient safety in nursing. 3. Participation in operational planning and hospital committees. Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper operation of nursing staff, guaranteeing quality, patient safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with clinical, regulatory, and care standards in the hospital. **Clinical Operations** * Coordinate nursing staff activities in inpatient units and critical areas. * Ensure proper delivery of nursing care. * Supervise compliance with clinical protocols and patient safety standards. * Verify continuity of care and proper shift handover\-handback. * Participate in multidisciplinary clinical rounds. **Personnel Management** * Develop staffing schedules and personnel allocation per shift. * Supervise attendance, punctuality, and performance. * Identify training needs. * Evaluate nursing staff performance. * Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes. **Patient Quality and Safety** * Implement nursing indicators. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Ensure compliance with health regulations and hospital certifications. **Administration and Control** * Monitor supplies and medical equipment used by nursing staff. * Coordinate inventories and material requisitions. * Supervise appropriate use of medical equipment. * Participate in hospital operational planning. **Communication and Coordination** * Serve as liaison among Medical Administration, attending physicians, and nursing staff. * Manage operational incidents. * Participate in board meetings and hospital committees. **Academic Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (**mandatory**). * Professional degree and license. **Experience** * 3 to 5 years in hospital settings. * Minimum 2 years in nursing supervision or leadership roles.
