Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise construction sites, coordinate teams, ensure quality and safety, and manage project progress. Key Highlights: 1. Leads on-site supervision of work crews and contractors. 2. Ensures quality and compliance with safety standards. 3. Participates in the comprehensive management of construction projects. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review drawings, technical specifications, and construction schedules * Assign and supervise work crews and contractors on site * Verify proper use of materials, machinery, and equipment * Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations on site * Coordinate with the site resident or project manager regarding progress and requirements * Monitor physical progress of the project against the schedule * Identify deviations in quality, time, or cost and propose corrective actions * Prepare daily or weekly activity and progress reports * Support material receiving and verify compliance with specifications * Participate in quality testing and partial or final project handover **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Diplomas or courses in construction project management, quality control, industrial safety * Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or project supervision * Practical experience in supervising work crews, subcontractors, and operational staff; quality control of materials and construction processes; execution of civil, industrial, or infrastructure projects; preparation of progress reports; and coordination with site residents or project managers * Experience in laboratory and/or cleanroom construction * Willingness to work on site under variable environmental conditions * Flexible working hours, including extended shifts * Mobility or willingness to travel if required by the project * Technical-level English proficiency is desirable for international projects Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
