A hotel group is seeking to hire a **Concierge / Front Desk Agent** with proven experience in front desk operations and guest service under luxury hospitality standards. This position requires operational proficiency, sound judgment to resolve incidents, anticipatory ability, and impeccable interaction with domestic and international guests. We do not seek a basic administrative profile. We seek an individual capable of sustaining the arrival, stay, and departure experience with precision, discretion, and superior service standards. ### **Key Responsibilities** Receive, register, and assist guests with professional, efficient, and personalized service. Execute check\-in and check\-out processes accurately, efficiently, and courteously. Manage reservations, modifications, stay extensions, and special requests. Coordinate internal and external guest requirements with an immediate-solution focus. Promptly follow up on incidents, billing, consumption, room assignments, and VIP requests. Operate **Opera PMS (Property Management System)** as the central front office system. Maintain clear communication with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage to ensure operational continuity. Serve international guests in fluent conversational English. Uphold image, presence, discretion, and service standards at all times. ### **Required Profile** Minimum **2 years** of experience in front desk, concierge, or reception roles within the hospitality industry. Advanced English is mandatory for direct interaction with international guests. Proficiency in **Opera PMS (Property Management System)** is required. Familiarity with **OTAs (Online Travel Agencies)** and basic digital reservation management. Experience working under pressure, handling multiple simultaneous requests, and maintaining attention to detail. Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Professional appearance and refined interpersonal skills. ### **Success Profile** A genuine service vocation. Ability to anticipate guest needs without constant supervision. Clear communication, operational organization, and a sense of urgency. Discretion, composure, and effective execution when handling incidents.
