Our goal is to position ourselves as pioneers in the modular real estate sector, delivering trust, innovation, and comfort in every project. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Ensure the safety and integrity of company facilities, personnel, visitors, and assets through surveillance, prevention, and access control, acting responsibly and promptly in any risk or incident situation. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Control and register entries and exits of staff, visitors, and vendors. * Conduct surveillance patrols throughout the facilities. * Report any anomalies, incidents, or suspicious situations to management. * Verify compliance with established security protocols. * Safeguard company assets, equipment, and facilities. * Respond to emergencies according to internal procedures. * Maintain daily logs and reports of incidents. * Supervise proper opening and closing of access points. * Maintain constant communication with supervisors or security officers. * Provide respectful assistance and guidance to visitors and colleagues. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred). * Flexible availability for scheduling. * Basic knowledge of security and access control protocols. * Good physical condition. * Valid official documentation. * Familiarity with CCTV or monitoring systems is desirable. **SKILLS:** * Responsibility and honesty. * Attention to detail. * Observational ability. * Service-oriented attitude. * Effective communication. * Stress management. * Discipline and punctuality. * Teamwork. * Emergency response capability. **BENEFITS:** * Salary increases. * Opportunity for indefinite-term contract. * Additional vacation days or paid leave. **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Full-time **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM **SALARY:** $4,500 NET weekly (growth opportunity). **Work Location: Tijuana, B.C., across from New City.** **Please send your CV with PHOTO to the email address with SUBJECT:** ***SECURITY GUARD VACANCY 2026\.*** **admon@tecnovisiondigital.com** Salary: Starting at $4,500\.00 per week Benefits: * Free parking Work Location: On-site employment
