Description and details of activities Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of inspection, electrical testing, and quality control activities for equipment manufactured by Alliance Air Products, guaranteeing compliance with technical specifications, electrical codes, safety standards, and customer requirements. * Supervise the activities of the Electrical Test and QC technician team during all stages of inspection and testing. * Ensure that electrical tests (continuity, insulation resistance, functional tests, etc.) are performed according to established procedures and applicable standards (NEC, UL, IEC, etc.). * Review and approve inspection reports, test results, and quality documentation. * Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Project Management to resolve detected deviations or non-conformities. * Participate in internal and external audits, and in continuous improvement processes. * Verify calibration and proper use of measurement and test equipment. Experience and requirements * Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Electronic Engineering or related field * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical testing, quality control, or quality assurance. * Experience supervising technical personnel and coordinating testing or inspection activities. * Knowledge of HVAC systems or mechanical equipment is a plus. * Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
