At **G\-Global**, a leading company in comprehensive logistics solutions and cross\-border trade, we are seeking a **Project Manager** with experience in **logistics project implementation and strategic client management (Cross\-Border / 3PL)**. The role's objective is to **ensure efficient and timely project execution**, guaranteeing **customer satisfaction, KPI compliance, and continuous process improvement**. This position is key to coordinating multidisciplinary teams, optimizing operational timelines and quality, and leading the transition of new clients from the commercial phase to active operations. * **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead the **new client onboarding process**, ensuring documentation, meeting minutes, and deliverables in platforms such as Monday and internal systems. * Monitor **strategic and cross\-functional projects**, ensuring achievement of quality, timeline, and profitability objectives. * Meet **individual and team KPIs** established for the Customer Success Manager (CSM) role. * Implement **optimization methodologies** (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA) to improve turnaround times, efficiency, and quality. * Design and maintain updated **RACIs, WoWs, and operational flowcharts**. * Document shared processes with clients and internal departments, ensuring traceability and document control. * Manage **project risks and mitigation plans** for critical initiatives. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering**. * **3\+ years of experience** in Project Management, Implementation, or Customer Success within the logistics, transportation, or 3PL sectors. * Knowledge of **project management, continuous improvement, and operational documentation**. * Proficiency in **Monday.com, advanced Excel, CRM, and tracking tools**. * **Advanced English proficiency** * Leadership skills, effective communication, and results orientation. * Must **reside in Tijuana/Rosarito/Tecate/Mexicali\*\*\*** Job type: Full\-time Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On\-site employment
