Due to expansion, we are seeking top talent as: **Process Engineer** REQUIREMENTS: * Education: **Industrial Engineering**, or related field * Minimum 3 years’ experience implementing and managing ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems. * Internal Auditor certification (or equivalent diploma) is preferred. * Proficiency in tools: Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint – intermediate to advanced level), Microsoft Visio and Project (intermediate to advanced). Responsible for supervising, designing, developing, implementing, integrating, training, and auditing a policy and procedure manual to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability—analyzing methodologies, reducing costs, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the food sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Analysis and Design:** Evaluates existing processes and designs new ones to optimize workflow. * **Optimization:** Identifies ways to make processes faster, more cost-effective, and more efficient. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identifies bottlenecks, resolves problems (root cause analysis), and leads improvement projects. * **Quality Control:** Ensures processes comply with quality standards and regulations. * **Sustainability:** Ensures operations are efficient and sustainable. * **Project Management:** Leads change and improvement initiatives across various company departments.
