As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our Final Assembly, Test, and Packaging (FATP) department. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes. In this role, you will manage a team of production line leaders and ensure all production targets are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, implementing process improvements, and ensuring the highest level of product quality. * Technical career background * High school diploma, technical certificate, associate degree, or equivalent education level. * Proven experience managing FATP processes within the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry. * Knowledge of electrical production processes. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Excellent communication and leadership abilities. * Proficiency and understanding of MES (Manufacturing Execution System). * Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. * Familiarity with quality management systems and Lean Manufacturing principles.
