Join us! The cost analyst position is responsible for all aspects of Manufacturing and Production cost analysis and inventory for all business locations. The cost analyst is responsible for comparing actual cost to standard cost and identifying and explaining variance by customer, part number, and production jobs. The cost analyst must also work closely with engineering, estimator, and manufacturing personnel to resolve variances and adjust Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Routing. The cost analyst will also be involved with identifying cost savings, work closely with purchasing to identify material savings Skills and Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. years of experience performing relevant job duties * Minimum of 2 years of inventory and cost analyst experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
