Negotiate sales terms and close sales **Who We Are?** We are a manufacturing company committed to development and innovation, focused on solving problems arising from the production of composite materials. **Job Description:** Generate sales and acquire new customers for the company, promote our products, and generate revenue through a results-based commission scheme. **Main Responsibilities:** - Field sales. - Prospect and develop a customer portfolio. - Prospect and promote products or services. - Prepare quotations and commercial proposals. - Negotiate sales terms. - Close sales and follow up until delivery. - Maintain and keep updated the customer sales database. - Achieve established sales targets. - Support collections when necessary. - Wholesale/retail sales. - Customer follow-up. **Required Profile:** - Completed high school diploma or engineering degree (automotive, industrial, or related field). - Sales experience (automotive or technical products preferred). - Business acumen and closing skills. - Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. - Active and proactive. **Knowledge Required:** - Closing and negotiation techniques. - Basic proficiency with digital tools (WhatsApp, email, social media, etc.). - Market knowledge (preferred). **We Offer:** - Base salary + commissions - Weekly payment - Fuel allowance **Job Type:** - Full-time (3-month probationary period) **Application Questions** - What is your monthly salary expectation? - Do you have industrial sales experience (not counter sales)? - Have you sold industrial lubricants, chemicals, spare parts, machinery, or similar technical products? - Are you willing to work 100% in the field, visiting industrial customers? - Do you hold a valid driver’s license and drive a standard vehicle? - Have you negotiated directly with maintenance, procurement, or production managers?
