




Job Summary: Supervises and manages operations, sales, and personnel, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: * Understand and apply contractual terms governing service delivery to assigned accounts. * Implement sales increases and initiatives, always following the formal request and approval process. * Actively participate in direct-to-customer sales activities, including supervision and training of personnel in coordination with the Human Resources department. * Promote a collaborative and mutually supportive environment across departments and hierarchical levels. * Conduct periodic reviews and effective execution of customer satisfaction surveys, using results to drive service improvements. * Prepare, track, and close meeting minutes and action plans in coordination with the client, ensuring adherence to agreements and commitments. * Validate and confirm that food is prepared in accordance with NOM-251, Good Manufacturing Practices, and organoleptic characteristics. * Plan raw material purchases according to procedures, procurement policies, and weekly menus. * Manage personnel under supervision, including payroll preparation, vacation scheduling, onboarding training, and corrective actions.
