Join our passionate team and be part of this global impact! **Objective:** Develop, evaluate, and implement mechanical projects and changes to improve quality, reduce costs, enhance manufacturability, and ensure business continuity—focused on design changes for existing and new products. **Responsibilities:** Manages sustaining engineering projects. 1\-4 Conducts root cause analysis. 2 Identifies, reviews, or develops product requirements for design evaluation. 1 (Level C: contributes) **Defines project scope, resources, and plan. 1 (Level C:** contributes) Participates in selection and approval of service suppliers. 2 Develops conceptual design for product changes or new designs. 1 (Level C: contributes) Responsible for prototype fabrication for evaluation. 1 (Level C: contributes) Develops project proposal for internal customer. 1 (Level C: contributes) Responsible for executing and coordinating project feasibility evaluation. 1 (Level C: contributes) Proposes design changes according to area of specialization. 2 (Level C: contributes) Requests component and equipment quotations from Purchasing Department. 2 **Prepares and manages budgets (CAPEX). 1\-3 (Level C:** contributes) Tracks part manufacturing with internal or external suppliers. 2 Responsible for receiving and maintaining purchased materials, and ensuring their traceability. 2\-3 Responsible for generating all necessary documentation for projects. 1\-4 Responsible for verification and/or validation of proposed design changes. 2 (Level C: contributes) **Responsible for design transfer process. 4 (Level C:** contributes) Researches and implements new technologies for products and/or processes. 1 (Level C: contributes) Identifies, evaluates, and/or proposes engineering projects to immediate supervisor. 1 Performs activities following established procedures and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Quality System Regulation (QSR), and FDA requirements—with a high degree of accountability for product quality. Executes tasks assigned by immediate supervisor according to departmental and company needs. **Requirements:** 5\+ years of engineering experience, including 3 years as a mechanical design engineer or related role. Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electromechanical, or Biomechanical Engineer.
