If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Quality Engineer** located in Tijuana Reporting to the **Quality Manager** the **Quality Engineer** is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and executing quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products, with a strong focus on electronics manufacturing and robust server‑grade assemblies. **What a typical day looks like:** * Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation. * Follow\-up on nonconformities and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) * Ability to investigate and analyze to correct or prevent nonconformities, defects, or failure modes * Process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) * Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost. * Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability. * Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities. * Holds up Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. * Advanced english * Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate; strong teamwork skills. * Experience in engineering in the high technology Medical industry or related field. * Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding. * Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic process skills.
