The incumbent will be responsible for orchestrating the value chain—from inventory and technical procurement management to the execution of preventive/corrective installation and maintenance projects. The primary focus is **operational profitability**, **route optimization** in the Tijuana area, and adherence to quality standards for industrial and commercial clients. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategic Planning:** Design the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure consistent workload for technical personnel. **Fleet and Inventory Management:** Oversee stock levels of critical spare parts and logistics of service units within the city. **Safety and Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all personnel comply with safety regulations (STPS) and refrigerant handling certifications. **Cost Control:** Monitor the operational budget, optimizing overtime hours and fuel usage. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Experience:** Minimum 5\-8 years in operational leadership roles, preferably within technical service or construction companies. **Education:** Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
