**Marina Puerto Escondido** **Seeking** **Maintenance Manager / Supervisor** **Position Description:** We are looking for a **Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Supervisor** to join our marina team, responsible for ensuring the operation, safety, and optimal performance of the infrastructure. The candidate will be in charge of coordinating the technical team, supervising repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance plans for equipment and infrastructure. **Responsibilities:** * Manage maintenance of marina infrastructure: docks, marina facilities, and general infrastructure * Control inventory of spare parts and materials, as well as manage purchases with specialized suppliers * Monitor costs, inventories, and budgets * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance **Requirements:** * Degree in Maintenance Engineering or related field * Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in hotels * Experience in infrastructure maintenance * Ability to lead work teams and make decisions under pressure * Technical English proficiency (reading manuals and communicating with international suppliers) * Availability to work in Loreto BCS, as this is the workplace location **We Offer:** * Opportunities for growth and development * Competitive salary and statutory benefits * Additional benefits * Statutory benefits If you are interested, apply through this platform.
