




Job Objective Coordinate, direct, and control preventive, corrective, and operational maintenance tasks for company equipment, performed both by internal staff and external personnel, to ensure operational availability and thereby reduce equipment downtime and product costs, enabling production that complies with occupational health and safety (OHS), quality, and food safety standards. Responsibilities 1. Supervise, coordinate, and control preventive, corrective, and operational maintenance activities for company equipment and machinery. 2. Assign and supervise maintenance and equipment repair tasks performed by the directly supervised team. 3. Maintain up-to-date technical records of consumables and spare parts to ensure proper and timely maintenance of production plant equipment and machinery. 4. Supervise and maintain order and cleanliness in maintenance and welding workshops; manage tools used for maintenance operations. 5. Supervise contractors and external technical personnel performing equipment modifications, maintenance, and repairs, as well as modifications to production lines and/or machinery. 6. Request purchase orders according to work requirements and/or equipment needing intervention; verify that purchased materials, spare parts, consumables, and services are appropriate for the intended work. 7. Comply with and enforce quality and food safety policies by monitoring processes and personnel involved in critical processes and high-risk activities.
