Experience and Requirements * Fluent in Chinese. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Bachelor's degree completed. * 3 years of experience in this role. * Operation and maintenance of automated equipment. * Programming of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and robotics. * Production line data acquisition and analysis. * Ability to read electromechanical technical drawings. * Experience with production management system applications (e.g., MES/ERP). * Knowledge of equipment maintenance cost control.
