Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to manage warehouse operations and administration, overseeing inventory, goods receipt, and dispatch. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive warehouse management and personnel supervision. 2. Inventory control, goods receipt and dispatch. 3. Administrative and operational handling of logistics processes. **Requirements:** Minimum Education: Completed High School Diploma Age: 28 to 40 years old WORK LOCATION: Carretera Poza Rica - Cazones #1004 Km. 51, Poza Rica de Hgo. **Experience in the following activities:** * Administrative and operational warehouse management * Physical inventory counts * Goods receipt and registration (physical and system-based) * Review of monthly purchase reports * Scheduling and fulfillment of customer orders assigned by the Sales Department * Performing inventory adjustments for warehouses * Supervising warehouse staff to implement the FIFO system * Recording goods outbound movements and transfers in the system * Delivering tracking and control reports for the department according to established timelines, and determining required actions to improve departmental performance as needed. * Requesting vendor registration * Fleet vehicle management (maintenance, inspections, etc.) * Maintenance, cleaning, and organization of all warehouse areas. * Occasional delivery of goods to customers. * Palletizing and stretch-wrapping products for route fulfillment * Dispatch and route fulfillment using customer order invoices. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills **We Offer** * Gross Monthly Salary of $14,000.00 + Statutory Benefits. * 20-day Christmas Bonus * Monthly food basket consisting of our own products * Eyeglass purchase assistance * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00 hrs.
