Our concept is a blend of café, restaurant, and bookstore; we are currently seeking a **Floor Manager**. **WHAT DO YOU NEED?** * Minimum 3 years of experience in Floor Manager positions within the restaurant industry * Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday (**midweek day off**) * Employment stability; ability to manage sales and inventory metrics * Capacity to effectively identify and resolve problems * Leadership and communication skills * Ability to manage staff and achieve objectives * Guest-oriented with a service vocation * Proficiency in restaurant software **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Deliver and guarantee the internal and external service quality established by the company for this role. * In the absence of the Assistant Manager and General Manager, assume responsibility for the unit and carry out managerial functions and responsibilities. * Supervise the operation of the assigned unit and resolve any conflicts arising therefrom. * Ensure that staff under your supervision arrive punctually and comply with dress code standards. * Attend to your team members’ operational needs. * While interacting with internal and external guests, perform your duties according to established guest service posture standards. * Conduct cash withdrawals, cash counts, and closing procedures for the restaurant, bookstore, and bar. * When required, in addition to your regular duties, assume the responsibilities of any other position as needed. * Execute opening, shift change, and administrative and operational closing procedures for the Unit. * In the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager, be responsible for administration and proper use of cash registers M, V, and petty cash. * Onboard new staff and closely monitor their training progress. * Distinctive Knowledge H **BENEFITS** * Monthly salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits from the first day of employment * Life insurance effective 45 days after permanent contract commencement * Referral and punctuality bonuses * 70% discount on food consumption * 15% discount on bookstore purchases * Career development opportunities Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
