Specializes in mold and die maintenance, repair, and optimization Supervises the activities of employees engaged in the stamping activities and liaises with other supervisors and managers to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments. **Job Requirements** Enforcing safety regulations, demonstrating equipment operations, work, and safety procedures to new employees, and verifying that the processes are completed on time and accurately. Monitoring and reporting on plating department KPIs, driving actions to close gaps, and supporting continuous improvement programs and initiatives. Setting expectations, defining employee goals and objectives, and conducting performance reviews.
