Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multiple projects, develop monitoring mechanisms, and resolve issues with multidisciplinary teams. Key Highlights: 1. Development of monitoring mechanisms and problem resolution **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree; 3+ years of experience in program management. * Program Management; MS Project (Advanced). * ISO 13485 Knowledge. * Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills. * Fluent English (Advanced). ***Responsibilities:*** * Manages multiple projects to ensure project results and processes improvement. * Develops mechanisms for manufacturing and projects monitoring. * Problem solving with multidisciplinary teams and clients. * Leads project planning, resourcing, progress reporting, people management, and troubleshooting for NPI * and/or engineering projects. * Prepares presentations to senior management around project status, constraints, and critical issues. * Directs and coordinates activities of project and manufacturing to ensure project progresses on schedule and * within prescribed budget. * Helps to facilitate adoption of best practices. * Monitors work plan and staffing for each phase of the projects. * Training and development of the assigned resources (as applicable).
