High-impact leadership role with direct influence on plant performance. **Role Overview** We are seeking an **Electromechanical Maintenance \& Engineering Manager** to lead the Engineering and Maintenance function and drive operational efficiency across the plant. This role requires a **strong, hands\-on, floor\-oriented leader** with the ability to solve problems in real time and effectively lead cross\-functional teams. **IMPORTANT:** This position demands a **practical, “all\-terrain” leadership style**, capable of working directly on the shop floor while maintaining a strategic, results\-driven approach. **Key Requirements** * **Advanced English (written and spoken) – mandatory (approx. 80%).** * **Industry experience preferred:** Flexible packaging, plastics, extrusion, printing, converting, or similar manufacturing environments. * Strong hands\-on experience in **PLC programming and industrial automation** (Omron / Siemens). * Solid technical knowledge of **electrical installations, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control circuits**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD or 3D design software**. * Proven leadership experience managing **engineering and/or maintenance teams**. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead **process, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives** across the plant. * Provide technical, engineering, and design support to all manufacturing areas. * Reduce equipment downtime and **improve OEE** on critical machinery. * Oversee and optimize **preventive and corrective maintenance programs**. * Manage spare parts inventory and ToolCrib efficiency. * Monitor and optimize the use of **utilities** (water, electricity, compressed air, etc.). * Support and ensure compliance with **GMP and HACCP** standards and certifications. **Why This Role** * High\-impact leadership role with direct influence on plant performance. * Strong operational focus with real ownership of results. * Ideal for managers who lead from the floor and drive measurable improvements.
