




Objective: Manage, supervise, and optimize daily activities, inventory control, logistics, and assigned personnel, ensuring optimal results, operational efficiency, and service quality. Requirements: * Valid driver's license. * Minimum age: 25 years. * Availability to work flexible hours and adapt to business needs. * Communication and leadership skills. * Strategic planning and problem-solving. * Willingness to perform physical work if necessary. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Excel, with ability to generate reports and analyze data. * Knowledge of warehouse control, inventory management, and logistics processes. Functions: • Warehouse and Inventory Management: Supervise and control the receipt, dispatch, and storage of materials, products, and tools, ensuring their proper classification, preservation, and availability. * Personnel Supervision: Coordinate permanent and temporary staff, assign responsibilities, and ensure compliance. * Project Logistics: Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient deliveries; coordinate transportation, distribution, and assembly of promotional materials and goods. * Project Control: Monitor schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery. * Administrative Management: Manage contracts, training, access permits, attendance records, payroll preparation, and staff performance. * Petty Cash and Reimbursement Management: Administer and verify allocated funds, ensuring efficient and documented use. * Vendor Relations: Coordinate negotiations, contracting, and delivery follow-up with vendors and strategic partners. * Incident Management: Make effective decisions in response to unexpected events or operational issues in projects and events. * Documentation: Prepare and maintain reports, photographic event records, operation logs, and updated inventories. * Strategic Planning: Design and execute timely distribution, transportation, and control plans for tools, materials, and resources. * Process Optimization: Propose continuous improvements in operational, logistical, and warehouse control procedures. * Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, safety, and hygiene guidelines in all operations.
