Job Summary: This role is responsible for creating and managing production plans for assigned brands, ensuring a high level of customer service and contributing to continuous process and inventory improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Administers production plans and ensures a high level of service. 2. Contributes to process improvement and inventory reduction. 3. Requires experience in production planning and knowledge of SAP/APICS. INFORMATION CODE: PPR. CLASSIFICATION: Indirect. REPORTS TO: Planning Supervisor. DIRECT REPORTS: N/A. OBJECTIVE Create and manage production plans for assigned brands, monitor various customer service requirements, and maintain a 95% service level. MAIN ACTIVITIES * Create and manage production plans for assigned brands, monitor various customer service requirements, and maintain a 95% service level. * Contribute ideas for internal process improvement. * Contribute to the reduction of obsolete or excess inventory. * Efficiently execute departmental procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor assigned brands to maintain the service level objective. * Propose solutions for standardization, visual controls, and error-proof processes. * Communicate any constraints that prevent on-time shipment—both in terms of delivery date and lead time—for assigned products. EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES * Basic knowledge of APICS. * Advanced English (C1/C2 preferred). * Minimum 2 years of production planning experience in a high-mix, low-volume environment. EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS * University degree with a title in Engineering or Administration. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Advanced knowledge of SAP. AUTHORITY * N/A.
