Willingness to relocate to the workplace (El Florido). **Primary Job Objective:** To supervise and ensure control and precise location tracking of transport units via GPS systems and other technological tools, providing reliable and timely information to clients and internal departments, managing emergency situations, contingency plans, and any operational anomalies. Main Job Responsibilities: 1\.\- Operational Supervision and Control: \- Monitor in real time the location, status, and progress of transport units. \- Verify that trips start, proceed, and conclude within scheduled timeframes. \- Supervise compliance with authorized routes and prevent empty runs during inactive hours. \- Verify proper functioning of tracking systems prior to any service commencement and coordinate resolution of technical failures. 2\.\- Anomaly and Emergency Management: \- Report and track incidents such as speeding, abrupt braking, sabotage of security equipment, and other detected irregularities. \- Respond immediately and assertively to events including thefts, accidents, mechanical failures, and emergencies. \- Answer calls in case of an accident. 3\.\- Communication and Reporting: \- Inform relevant departments of any incident before, during, or after service. \- Report daily incidents to the monitoring coordinator. \- Generate detailed reports for management and involved departments. \- Deliver a list of pending items at the end of each shift to ensure operational continuity. \- Notify the monitoring coordinator of any anomaly following the contingency plan. 4\.\- Collaboration with Internal Departments: \- Share accident reports with the road safety department. \- Share unit locations and mileage with departments requiring such information. \- Share traffic bulletins with Public Relations in case of anomalies. \- Promptly share information about units parked outside facilities to prevent obstruction of public access. 5\.\- Procedure Compliance: \- Track compliance with operational performance indicators assigned to the role. \- Create reports on unit movement indicating possible misuse. \- Submit a PDF shift closure report to the monitoring coordinator upon completion of the workday. Salary: $16,000.00 \- $18,000.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
