Advise customers on packaging solutions We are based in Tijuana and aim to expand into the city of Mexicali. **Job Objective:** * Maximize sales growth of packaging solutions in the industrial sector of Mexicali by establishing and maintaining strategic customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service, and exceeding established sales targets. **Job Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the industrial sector. * Identify sales opportunities through market research and visits to potential customers. * Maintain a minimum number of weekly visits to prospects and customers. * Conduct regular calls and contacts to ensure proper follow-up. * Advise customers on the best packaging solutions for their specific needs. * Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure products meet customer requirements. * Keep sales records up to date and report progress to the sales manager. * Attend trade fairs and industry events to promote company products. **Requirements:** * Prior sales experience in the industrial or packaging sector. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
