Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Medical Representative in pharmaceutical sales to generate product demand, visit physicians and pharmacies, and maintain a structured work plan. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate product demand through visits to physicians and pharmacies 2. Develop a work plan and keep the CRM updated 3. Minimum 3 years of verifiable field sales experience in pharma. Team-oriented, honest, and in good physical condition. Responsible, compliant with internal policies and regulations, service-minded. Passion for sales and direct interaction with physicians in their offices, as well as adaptability and quick learning ability. Own transportation: automobile (mandatory). **Responsibilities:** Generate demand for Estericide family products by visiting physicians and pharmacies within the assigned territory, achieving 100% of established quotas. Develop a work plan and maintain up-to-date information in the CRM. Visit clinics and hospitals within the territory, leveraging areas of opportunity. Visit pharmacies and ensure sufficient stock levels. Follow up on customer orders until satisfaction is achieved. Arrive punctually to scheduled appointments outlined in the work plan.
