Maintenance Supervisor (AR)

Description

Job Summary: Coordinate and execute maintenance programs, support capital projects, and collaborate on continuous improvement to ensure machinery operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Define and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs. 2. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to resolve issues. 3. Supervise maintenance activities and ensure proper operation of machinery. Description and details of responsibilities * Define and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Attend planning meetings as well as daily production meetings. * Support the implementation of capital projects. * Control and improve spare parts consumption for molding/assembly. * Provide support to the molding area, including necessary evaluation of issues related to molding/assembly. * Coordinate and supervise contractor services. * Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality departments to resolve issues and improve product quality. * Participate in team meetings to discuss and address quality issues and process improvements. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and operational efficiency. * Apply and comply with EHS guidelines according to established procedures, standards, and official Mexican regulations. * Office software package handling. * Supervise and track daily activities and tasks assigned to maintenance technicians, ensuring work is performed safely, with quality, and with environmental awareness. * Maintain, safeguard, and enhance the good condition and proper operation of machinery, auxiliary equipment, and critical plant equipment. Experience and Requirements * Mechanical, Industrial, or Electromechanical Engineer. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. * Experience with injection molding machines, peripheral equipment, cooling towers, and chillers. * Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and PLCs. Experience in preventive/corrective maintenance of facilities (building systems). * Intermediate English.
