Position Summary: Licensed Nurse to provide professional, safe, and high-quality patient care in Inpatient Units, Emergency Departments, or Operating Rooms, contributing to clinical, technical, teaching, and administrative development. Health promotion and education on self-care for patients and their families. **DAYS AND HOURS:** Morning shift Mon\-Sun 7:00\-15:00; Afternoon shift 14:00\-21:30 (midweek days off subject to operational requirements); Night shift (On\-call A\-B) 20:00 to 8:00\. **GENERAL INFORMATION:** **GENDER:** Unrestricted **EDUCATION:** Bachelor of Nursing (Degree and Professional License), Fluent English **MARITAL STATUS:** Not specified **AGE:** 25 to 45 years old **Responsibilities** Provide professional, safe, and high-quality care to patients in Inpatient Units, Emergency Departments, or Operating Rooms. Contribute to the appropriate and timely execution of clinical, technical, teaching, and administrative nursing activities. **Primary Functions** · Adhere to international treaties, national legislation, regulations, Mexican standards, ethical and bioethical codes, and institutional policies governing patient care and health services. · Implement the nursing care process at each level to deliver individualized, need\-based care according to each patient’s health status or illness. · Forecast required medical supplies and medications per shift via inventory and stock management to ensure timely and accurate implementation of medical orders and nursing care plans for each patient. · Provide direct and indirect patient care. · Perform nursing duties specific to the assigned department or service (e.g., emergency, inpatient, operating room, recovery, outpatient clinics). · Assess and protect patients from risks such as falls, pain, etc. · Perform wound dressings, aseptic techniques, and cleaning and disinfection procedures per standardized operational manuals, ensuring service quality and patient and family safety. · Monitor and record vital signs per shift and whenever patient alarm indicators arise. · Administer (parenteral route) and dispense (enteral, ophthalmic, otic, rectal, etc.) prescribed medications to patients in accordance with the Ten Rights of Medication Administration. · Review, perform, and verify that all required medication administration charges are correctly entered into the system. · Supervise all electro\-medical equipment to confirm functionality, detect malfunctions, document them in logbooks, and report incidents. · Conduct time\-out procedures prior to assigned blood transfusions and surgeries. · Ensure accuracy and timeliness when recording data in institutional forms, and maintain efficient documentation in intraoperative, postoperative, and recovery nursing notes when patients transition to the recovery area immediately after surgery. · Transfer patients to different hospital departments as directed by attending physicians. · Generate productivity, process, and incident reports for the Nursing Management team using designated formats and timelines. · Participate in health promotion through patient and family education and instruction on self\-care. Bachelor of Nursing degree is mandatory.
