The Executive Driver is responsible for providing safe, punctual, discreet, and professional transportation services to BD Tijuana Alaris El Florido executives and visitors, ensuring a comfortable and efficient travel experience while adhering to the organization’s confidentiality and service standards. This role must be performed in full compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and organizational policies. Experience and Requirements * Transport executives to meetings, events, airports, and other work-related commitments. * Plan optimal routes considering traffic, weather, and safety conditions. * Maintain the vehicle clean, in good mechanical condition, and with valid documentation. * Coordinate preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. * Support travel logistics, including transit times and coordination with other services. * Ensure confidentiality of information heard or shared during transportation. * Comply with road safety regulations and internal company policies. * Assist with administrative tasks as required. **Requirements:** * 2–3 years of experience in similar positions * University degree (mandatory) in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field * Conversational English (Intermediate level) * Experience in the medical industry (preferred) "BD values workplace equity and does not discriminate against any individual on the basis of disability, social class, ethnicity, age, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation."
