Your objective will be to manage and monitor claims files, ensuring that information and documentation are complete, up-to-date, and available for auditing and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Integrate and validate digital claims files from adjusters’ and providers’ platforms. Monitor administrative processes arising from indemnifications and salvage operations. Record and update information in internal systems (onboarding, transactions, and billing requests). Upload and validate invoices issued to insurance companies. Control the department’s physical and digital archives, ensuring traceability and compliance. Coordinate document shipment and storage with external providers. Requirements Microsoft Office suite (basic–intermediate Excel). Experience using administrative systems. Document control and digitization.
