Job Description: ***Age:*** 25 to 40 years old ***Work Schedule:*** Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off ***Working Hours:*** From 08:00 to 17:00 hrs ***Technical Skills:*** Knowledge of pet grooming and bathing techniques Proficiency in using styling and drying tools Basic knowledge of animal health Organization and time management skills Empathy and friendly interaction with people and animals. ***Job Objective:*** To provide aesthetic and hygiene care for pets, ensuring their well-being, comfort, and health through professional techniques of grooming, bathing, and coat and skin care. To enhance the pet’s appearance by adapting to breed-specific characteristics and owner preferences, while ensuring pets remain in a safe and relaxed environment throughout the process, thereby contributing to their overall well-being. ***Job Responsibilities:*** Grooming and coat care for pets Bathing and cleaning of pets Nail care General health check-up of pets ***Responsibilities:*** Groom pets according to breed requirements or owner preferences. Adjust haircuts to maintain healthy coats, preventing matting or damage. Bathe pets using appropriate products for their skin and coat type. Dry pets properly after bathing to prevent odor or irritation. Carefully trim dogs’ nails to avoid injury or breakage. Examine skin for signs of infection, parasites, or irritation before grooming or bathing, and inform owners of any concerning findings. Provide post-grooming pet care advice, such as regular brushing, nail maintenance, ear hygiene, and skin care. Ensure dogs remain comfortable and relaxed during the styling process, using handling techniques that minimize stress. Ensure dogs feel secure at all times, avoiding sudden movements or situations that may cause anxiety. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools are disinfected and ready for use. Clean up pet urine or feces left along the way to the grooming area.
