Manage project staff and provide technical direction, focusing on manufacturing, quality, and safety. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, schedules, resources, and budgets. Communicate project objectives, detailed plans, and expectations to team members, stakeholders, and contractors. Establish KPIs to monitor and track project progress and generate related reports. Coordinate with departments and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of NPIs and smooth product transfers. Deliver project information, documentation, and training materials to internal manufacturing stakeholders and peers, entering them into the QMS or appropriate system. Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance. Facilitate regular project meetings to review status, resolve issues, and update stakeholders. Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and contingency plans.
